The Parts Manager is responsible for managing parts inventory, maintaining accurate work orders, and coordinating with technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently.
Shovel, move, cut, backfill, level, and install materials and structures used in the construction and surface mining industry.
Excavator Operators will need to be able to proficiently run cat controls on both large and small machines.
Drivers must be able to transport different types of construction material, loaded onto their dump truck by a front end loader or excavator operated by others, from company pits to job sites.
Earthwork Estimators are responsible for the review of proposals, specifications, and drawings to determine the scope of work and required contents to estimate, in addition to determining the suitability of the project for R. J. Grondin and Sons.
Diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul bulldozers, graders, excavators, conveyors, crushers, and heavy haul trucks all used in the construction and surface mining industry.
