R.J. Grondin & Sons is working with Great Falls Construction on the Stacy M Symbol Apartment project, which consists of the construction of a new senior (55+) affordable housing apartment complex in Westbrook. The complex consists of 60 apartment units complete with onsite parking, exercise and community room.
Team Grondin is responsible for the sitework including clearing, excavation and backfill, sidewalks, & underground utilities.
