Developer Bramblewood, LLC partnered with R.J. Grondin & Sons to complete the sitework and infrastructure on their new residential housing development. Greenfield Place consists of 26 single-family homes with a private road ending in a cul-de-sac. Grondin mobilized and quickly began construction to meet the aggressive project schedule.
