R.J. Grondin & Sons was awarded the sitework package for a new apartment complex in Scarborough Maine. The development consists of 122 units across 10 buildings complete with a clubhouse over a nearly 56-acre site.
Team Grondin’s scope includes clearing, excavation and backfill, installation of underground utilities, retention ponds, walkways & paving.
