The site work was turned over to the owner on time and under budget.

Only 4 years later, we began the next building addition project to the campus which will add over 100,000 square feet of office space to their sprawling campus. In between both building expansion projects, we also built additional parking as the future expansion would be in existing parking areas. As the building started going up, we excavated and backfilled for the concrete foundation while simultaneously installing all the water, sewer, gas and drainage utilities. Once all underground utilities were installed, site preparations continued with sub-base and base gravels to support the vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
